HELPFUL HINTS: Athlete's Foot ... Nail Fungus ... Jock Itch ... Jungle Rot ... Eczema ... Psoriasis

Soak in apple cider vinegar for a few minutes a day
...the ph in the vinegar helps inhibit the growth of the bad-stuff.

Also ...take a clove of garlic, slice it open and rub all over your feet.
Leave the juice on your feet for at least one hour before washing off.

Mix Hydrogen Peroxide in a 50-50 solution with water in a spray bottle:
Spray on athletes foot and nail fungus problems, then let dry
Wait about an hour to shower or bathe

Do a foot soak (daily) with warm water and Selsun Blue dandruff shampoo (regular ... not with cream rinse).
In a week to ten days you will be amazed ! (Head and Shoulders shampoo
has too many rinse compounds in it ... not as effective, we've found.)

Also try soaking the fungus in good 'ol Mouthwash ! (the DollarStore stuff works fine)

Here's some aggressive suggestions to go after nail fungus/athletes foot

.....GET IT BEFORE IT GETS YOU !

Buy one of those 'easy feet' shower foot scrubbers as advertised on TV. They are currently in WalMart
and many drug stores for $10 each. If you can't find them, go online to eBay or in Google and
input 'easy feet'....gobs will pop up....just don't pay more than $10 !

Keep a spray bottle in the shower/tub with straight apple cider vinegar in it.

Spray your feet and stand there for a few minutes before getting into the water.

Have a bottle of SelSun Blue Shampoo with you. After showering, put a few drops on the
'easy feet' foot scrubber and scrub each foot back and forth for several minutes.

Also get some Oregano capsules (Ex: Swanson Vitamins has them, 120 softgels for $3.99.)
Start off taking one a day for five days....then back off to two or three a week.
(This is the same Oregano spice as used in most pizzas.)

Before bedtime, get some Chest Rub ...Vicks or Dollar Store stuff has the same ingredients.
Apply all over your feet. . .bottom, sides and top, then put on some socks and go to sleep.

You can also get Tea Tree Oil (at Walmart) and Tea Tree Salve from Botanic Choice and other outlets.
This also helps the process.

Keep your feet, clean, dry and cool. . . .

Also get a tube of anti-fungal cream...one with the active ingredient:
Terbinafine Hydrochloride 1% (Same active ingredient that is in Lamasil,
except far less expensive !) Slather this cream all over the feet once or twice a day,
except between the toes (less trapped moisture).
